LG Method Signature is a 50–60 minute rhythmic full-body longevity sculpt workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize through intelligent low-impact movement. Expect deep core activation, mobility, endurance, continuous flow, and music-driven movement that supports long-term strength and longevity.
Suggested props: ankle weights (up to 2 lb), hand weights (up to 5 lb). Other props might be included.
